Shipping
Orders should be received within 5 to 10 business days for Continental
USA via United States Postal Service or Fed Ex unless otherwise specified. Orders
are tracked. In the event that your package is missing, please contact
us within 10 days of your purchase so we may investigate the matter further.
Little Tweet cannot be responsible for loss or damage claims
made after expiration of Fed Ex’s or United States Postal Service's
period of liability.
If ordering a Parrotlet(s) from me, please verify that supplies will
be shipped beforehand. I can not ship supplies that you order AND the
Parrotlet(s) together due to the airlines weight limitations.

and safety of birds is our top priority, we will not recycle merchandise.
Returned items carry the potential of spreading bacteria, viruses, germs
or other disease-causing pathogens that can be extremely harmful to your
bird. We've instituted our "no return" policy to ensure
that your bird is not exposed to unnecessary risk. We take pride in the
fact that ALL our toys are brand new and the peace
of mind that policy guarantees. Although we don’t accept returns,
we welcome any and all questions prior to ordering.
